Today’s episode was recorded on the lovely island of Prince Edward Island, also nicknamed Canada’s Food Island. PEI is known for their world-renowned oysters, mussels, lobsters, and potatoes. My guest today is Crystal MacGregor, who’s personal mission is to help change the world by inspiring healthy minds and nourishing bodies. Crystal is the Director of Marketing and Communications for Food Island Partnership whose mission is to share the passion for Canada’s Food Island, and the many food stories that start here.
Canada’s Food Island shares food stories, recipes, and farmer spotlights. Crystal is based here in PEI and travels worldwide to educate people about PEI’s seafood. In addition to her decades of experience in the marketing industry, Crystal is also a Registered Dietitian, Recipe Developer, and Wellness Trainer.
